Projects are a great way to manage and license content within Catch+Release. Projects serve as a central hub for each campaign you are working on.

1). Once you login to Catch+Release, you'll land on the Projects page where you can see an overview of all of your projects

2). Make sure you are in the correct workspace (personal vs. Team)

3). On the projects page you can browse existing projects or create a new project by clicking on the "New Project" button

4). Give your Project a Name and you can add a description for your team members

5). Click on "Create Project"

6). On the specific Project page you will have the following available to you:

  • Overview: Stay informed with notifications and activity updates related to your Project.

  • Shots: Review all your shots in a grid view, add hearts and comments, and browse suggested content.

  • Storyboard:Build out your story and make selects and alts for each scene.

  • Tracker: Easily track clearance statuses and costs for all your shots relevant to your Project. No more digging around to find the status of your most important shots

  • Usages: Usages are now directly associated with your Project, so you can quickly review all the licensing terms associated with your Project. And don’t worry, you can add multiple Usages to a Project for those tricky multimedia campaigns.

  • Table: See all your project’s shots and details in one table view

8). You can share a project with anyone on your team, or add collaborators to view the content, just click on the Share button!
