Where do I view shot activity?

Shot tracker - you can view content status on this page

At Catch+Release we've introduced a new feature that provides real time insights about your active shots. With the shot tracker you can have a focused view of progress, helping streamline tracking and and manage all your shots seamlessly within your workspace. You can navigate to the shot tracker here.

Below are a few key points about the shot tracker.

Filter content:

  • Usages - if you're interested in viewing shots from specific usages

  • Collections - if you're interested in viewing shots from specific collections

  • Shot Id - search for specific content by the shot id

  • Shot status - filter by shots in progress, ready to license, at-risk, unable to clear, and granting licenses

Information available per shot:

  • Progress bar - how far the shot has progressed towards being cleared

  • Time to clear estimate - our estimate on when we will have the content cleared by

  • Last updated - the latest update to clearance progress

  • Current licensability score - how likely it is for us to be able to clear the content

  • Price range estimate - estimate on content cost

  • View More - additional info on the shot

    • shot priority

    • shot ID

    • the collection it is a part of

    • the usage being requested

    • clearance started

    • clearance deadline

  • High resolution file - we'll display if a high res file is available, and also allow you to download it directly from the shot tracker

You will also have in-depth insights, which can be viewed by clicking on see all activity which opens a pop-up with shot activity.

In addition, you can click on View shot details where we'll open the shot pop-up allowing you to all info related to the shot.
