When you're ready to get feedback from clients, executives, or internal stakeholders, Catch+Release makes it easy to share only the shots that matter. Presenting Selects through a Storyboard ensures that viewers stay focused on your curated picks—no distractions, no confusion.

Why Present Selects?

  • Share only what you want reviewed

  • Give clients and executives a clean, easy-to-digest view

  • Avoid versioning issues or outdated reviews

  • Keep control of your creative direction

How to Share a Storyboard

  1. Navigate to your Project and open the Storyboard tab.

  2. Select the Storyboard you want to share.

  3. Click the Share button in the top right corner.

  4. Toggle on Public Link to generate a unique, view-only link.

  5. Copy the link and send it to your client, stakeholder, or team.

Note: Viewers using the link do not need a Catch+Release account. They’ll only see the shots included in that specific Storyboard.

What Shared Viewers Can (and Can’t) See

They can:

  • View the selects you’ve added

  • See your note annotations and shot order

  • Play the rip reel (if generated)

They can’t:

  • View your full project or workspace

  • Add comments, reorder, or unselect any shots

Managing Access

  • If you Archive the Storyboard, the public share link will be disabled.

  • Want to switch versions? Just duplicate your Storyboard, make updates, and share a fresh link.
