Want to move a shot to another collection? We make it super simple to do so.
Step 1: Ensure you are in the team workspace by clicking the down arrow next to "your workspace" and selecting the team name
Step 2: Open the desired collection where the shot is currently located
Step 3: Open the specific shot you want to move within the collection
Step 4: Click on the three dots icon and select "Move Shot.
Step 5: Choose to either select an existing collection or create a new one by entering a name (e.g., Flowers) and clicking "Create Collection."
Step 6: Click "Save" to move the shot to the new collection
Step 7: Verify that the shot has been successfully moved by checking the new collection under Workspace and Collections
In order to move content:
Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to move shots within the team workspace. Collaborators can not move content.
Double-check the destination collection before moving the shot to avoid errors.
Best Practices:
Use clear and descriptive names for new collections to easily identify and organize shots.
Regularly review and clean up collections to maintain an organized workspace.
Share collections selectively by adding email addresses of specific team members to control access to the shared collection.
