How to collaborate and share collections

If you'd like to share a collection or shots with a team member, agency partner, or client without giving them full access, you can add them as a collaborator.

To add someone as a collaborator go to the collection and click on "Share". You can then add their email address and invite them to view as a collaborator.

What can a collaborator do?

  • Collection collaborators only see the collections shared with them. Team members see all collections in a team.

  • Collection collaborators can be added or removed by any team member. Collaborators cannot add or remove other collaborators.

  • Collaborators receive an invite to the team, but can only see the collections they are explicitly granted access to.

They have the same permissions as team members, except that they cannot:

  • Create collections

  • Edit a collection name or description

  • Move shots between collections

  • Modify the collaborators in a collection

  • View the team member list / billing details

The collaborator can:

  • View Individual Collections

  • View topics and deliveries

  • Create topics

  • View, comment, heart, label, hide, add topics

  • Download comps & high res assets

  • View hidden shots
