Step 1: Go to your Workspace by visiting https://www.catchandrelease.com/workspace or click "Workspace" in the main menu

Step 2: To Upload: Scroll to the Uploads section and click "Upload" to bulk upload content directly from your laptop, desktop or phone

Content can be added 1 at a time and it will not be published until our moderation team has reviewed and approved it first

Step 3: To Import: Scroll to the Imports section and click "Add Account". Choose the social media provider you want to connect and follow the prompts to grant Catch+Release permission to access content from that account. Import content from social accounts and publish select content from your social media accounts to your profile
