Each Catch+Release project includes several tabs that help you organize, review, and track your content. Understanding what each tab does will help you navigate efficiently and make the most of your project workspace.
Overview
The Overview tab provides a snapshot of your project activity.
See the 8 most recently added shots, perfect for when your team has added new content.
Click a thumbnail to view a shot in detail, where you can add labels, submit for clearance, and more.
Download a CSV report of your project costs, including curation, clearance, managed services, and licenses.
Best for: Quickly checking what’s new and monitoring spend at a glance.
Curation
The Curation tab helps you explore shots organized by Topic.
Drill down into specific themes or creative directions.
Each topic folder represents a curated delivery from our team, such as Immersive Images, Immersive Video, or Sports/Concert Images.
Best for: Reviewing organized groups of shots by subject matter to refine your creative vision.
Shots
The Shots tab is your complete gallery view of all shots in the project, sorted by most recently added first and oldest last.
Selects appear at the top for easy access.
Use the Creator Marketplace filter to see shots that can be cleared without a $250 clearance fee.
Batch download comp files for offline review.
Best for: Browsing your full project, filtering for key shots, and identifying Creator Community content.
Selects
The Selects tab shows all shots you have marked as Selects in the Shots tab.
Each Select automatically appears on a Storyboard.

Best for: Viewing and managing your short list of preferred shots.
Tracker
The Tracker tab gives you a focused view of all shots currently in clearance.
Filter by clearance status to track progress in real time.
View high resolution file availability and download high res files directly from this view.
Monitor each shot’s stage and quickly identify what is ready to license.
Best for: Production and legal teams managing the clearance process.
Usages
The Usages tab displays all of the rights packages tied to your project.
Review and edit license start dates and your project description.
Note that usage terms cannot be edited once created.
Best for: Confirming license details and keeping usage information up to date.
Table
The Table tab offers a spreadsheet-style view of all shots in your project.
Sort and filter by fields like status, cost, start date, and Storyboard.
The table view IS exportable.
Best for: Producers and project managers who want a sortable overview of all content details in one place.
