Catch+Release sends notifications to help you stay updated on project activity, content progress, and clearance milestones. If you're receiving more notifications than you need, or not enough, you can update your preferences at any time.

How to adjust your Notification Settings

  1. Log in to your account at catchandrelease.com.

  2. From this page, you can customize:

    • Email notifications – choose what types of alerts you want to receive via email

    • In-app notifications – manage what you’ll be alerted to inside the platform

You can customize the notifications for each specific team you are a member of, but not for the specific projects within that team.

Tip: If you're receiving updates about projects you're not involved in, check if you're part of a large team with multiple active projects. In these cases, notifications are sent to all team members by default unless your notifications have been customized.

Want more control? Create separate Teams for each project

If your organization runs multiple campaigns at once and wants to limit notifications to only those involved in a specific project, you can create separate Team spaces for each one.

  • Each Team space has its own projects, members, and notification settings

  • Users can switch between Teams using the workspace dropdown menu

  • This structure helps keep notifications relevant to each user’s active work
