At Catch+Release our goal is to make the clearance process as simple and fast as possible.
We've introduced a feature where you can now select the IPs you want cleared, allowing us to save time and focus on what you want. You will have the ability to:
Once Catch and Release has added IPs on the content you want cleared, you can indicate which IPs on a shot you want to have cleared, as well as see estimates for time to clear and price for the shot based on your selections
you are able to edit your IP selections while the shot is in clearance
Make sure your email notifications are up to date
To select or deselect IPs from a shot, follow the steps below:
Navigate over to your projects or click on the link in your email
Select the shot you want to edit IPs for
Click on "Edit" under Intellectual Properties
Check off the IPs you don't want cleared and leave the ones you want cleared
Save!
If the content has been marked as ready to license changes can not be made on the platform, you'll need to reach out to your customer success manager.
Not seeing a way to edit or select IPs? Let your customer success manager know, as it can take some time for IPs to be identified once shots are added to a project.
