Joining a team allows you to collaborate with your colleagues. Once you've been invited to a team, you can join one of two ways. See below:

1). Accept the email invite

2). Can't find the invite? Login to your Catch+Release account and you'll see the invite on your workspace. Don't have an account, follow the instructions here to create an account and you'll see the team invite on the workspace.
